Eric Lewandowski5 StarNice studio with great instructors, especially the little dragons classes aimed to get kids interested. A good way to get kids introduced martial arts and other life lessons (discipline, sitting still, etc.). willmsee5 StarMy son (5) and I (41) have been attending Ayerst Choi Kwang-Do for the past few months and we love it. We attend classes twice per week and have a great time working with the instructors and classmates. The atmosphere is awesome - comfortable, fun, friendly, supportive and positively encouraging. We love the way the family can all participate in martial arts training together. Would highly recommend it to anyone that has an interest in learning self defense with the family.
