The store is good. Staff is nice. Online inventory check= NOT so good. Online showed in-stock, get to store 30 minutes later and was told that they have been out of stock +30 days.

Lost the receipt to a purchase I made so I was unable to return the item. The store was willing to work with me about exchanging the item instead which was nice but still disappointing. Maybe they should update their system so they're able to look things up via phone number. I like this location, they have a lot of different options for different things, but they never seem to have enough space inside the store. Getting a cart around is almost impossible with how the store is laid out and how full the store is with un-shelved merchandise.

Overall good experience. Called ahead to ask about which lever actions they had in stock. Didn’t have much luck over the phone but went in anyways. The sales associate at their “hunting shack” was extremely helpful. Though I didn’t walk away with a firearm that day they gave me really great input and helped me focus my attention down to a few options.
