Our goal at Twisted Gi is to help better your life through self confidence, discipline and physical fitness that only training in the Martial Arts can bring. We are a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu "BJJ" school that teaches the basics in a structured and safe enviornment. Our systematic and comprehensive approach to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is based on reality and provides the student with a realistic form of self-defense that anyone, regardless of age or physical ability, can learn to defend themselves in dangerous situations.

Great school offering a quality, clean, and fun environment to learn and grow in. The instructors take the time to help the students understand not on a movement, but the concepts. Which in the long run builds a much for fundamental understanding of Jiu Jitsu.
